This seminar explores cutting-edge research in law and technology, covering topics such as artificial intelligence, privacy, cybersecurity, and fairness in machine learning, along with other emerging issues. Throughout the semester, we will host a series of interdisciplinary legal scholars. Each week, students will engage in two sessions: the first will involve discussing the upcoming paper as well as relevant background reading, while the second will feature an extended session with the author, allowing for direct engagement and in-depth discussion.
